Strap Furniture Warranty
Our strap furniture warranty covers the following:
We stand behind the quality of our products and provide 5 years of coverage for the aluminum frame, protecting against breakage or structural failure during normal use.
- Frame coating warranty: 5 years against cracking, peeling, or blistering of the powder coating.
- Vinyl straps warranty: 3 years against rivets pulling out of holes or strap breakage. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover fading or discoloration resulting from sunlight, cleaners, solvents, chemicals, or sunscreen products.
We do not provide coverage for damages caused by extreme weather, abuse, or misuse. Ensure that your furniture is stored securely and appropriately during extreme weather conditions. We advise stacking and keeping your furniture indoors or against a building outside for protection. It is not advisable to throw our furniture into the pool.

Sling Furniture Warranty
Our sling furniture warranty covers the following:

- Paint Finish – Powder-Coat warranty: 5 years against cracking, peeling, or blistering of the powder coating.
Sling Fabric Warranty:
- Phifertex Fabric Warranty: Phifer offers a 3-year limited warranty for slingable Phifer Fabrics.
– This warranty covers the fabric from becoming non-functional due to loss of dimensional stability from exposure to conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and normal atmospheric conditions.
– This warranty does not cover damage of the fabric from any source nor does it cover gradual fading or discoloration from atmospheric pollution or other debris.
– This warranty remains in effect for 3 years from the date of purchase.
SlingWeave – Vinyl Coated Fabric Warranty:
- Slingweave Fabrics have a 3-year limited warranty.
– This warranty covers the structural integrity of the fabric from becoming non-usable due to exposure to conditions including mildew, sunlight, rot or normal outdoor conditions.
– The warranty does not cover damage of the fabric from any external source such as cleaners, disinfectants, chemicals, suntan lotions and body oils or flora and fauna nor does it cover gradual fading or discoloration from atmospheric pollution or other debris. This warranty also does not cover the method of any fabrication and/or installation of the fabric.
– This warranty period is for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Our Table furniture warranty covers the following:

- Allimnum Punch Tops: 3 Year Warranty
Our warranty covers the aluminum frame for a period of 5 years against breakage or structural failure during normal use. We also provide a 5-year warranty for the frame coating, protecting against cracking, peeling, or blistering of the powder-coating. Please note that fiberglass and acrylic tabletops are not covered under our warranty. It is essential to note that our warranty does not include coverage for fading or discoloration caused by the sun, cleaners, solvents, chemical products, or any damage resulting from natural disasters.

Exclusions: Damage from foreign objects, abuse, negligence, vandalism, burns, improper cleaning, normal wear, perforations, weather soiling, environmental pollution, natural disasters, or improper storage.3-Year Warranty: Frame Structure: ECLIPSE®, AURORA, NOVA G-SERIES, GREENWICH, and MONTEREY.Powder Coat Finish: Aluminum masts on ECLIPSE®, AURORA, NOVA G-SERIES, GREENWICH, MONTEREY, CATALINA, and LAUREL. Covers chipping, peeling, flaking, bubbling, and fading.
2-Year Frame Warranty: Crank and Auto Tilt Mechanism: MONTEREY and CATALINA. Covers manufacturer defects in crank handles, axles, auto tilts, push button tilts, and para-cord.1-Year Warranty: Frame Structure: LAUREL, EMERALD COAST, OAKWOOD BEACH CHAIR, SHADESTAR, LIFEGUARD, and BEACH CABANA. Covers manufacturer defects in the notch, runner, center pole, and skeleton structure.
Umbrella Exclusions: Damage due to extreme weather, abuse, misuse, or contact with the ground or foreign objects from severe weather/acts of nature.
