Once measured, the straps are precisely cut to length using our custom-fabricated punch press.
To ensure a tight fit, the replacement straps for your patio furniture undergo a heating process at 200 degrees for several minutes, making them pliable. Once heated, they are expertly attached to one side of the patio chair and stretched across the frame before being secured on the other side. As the straps cool down, they create a firm and secure seating surface that will last for years to come.
